The Panel Portal Designer is where you create and make changes to your portal pages. The toolbox contains the Page Masters (go to Page Masters for more information), Themes (go to Themes for more information), and Pages (go to Pages for more information). The Visual Components toolbox contains the elements that you can use on a page (go to Visual Components for more information).
In the figure below - , the Panel Portal toolbox contains a Page Master, Themes and a number of Pages. In addition there are more pages inside the Members Only folder (go to Folders and Structure for more information).

The portal has a right-click menu. The options in this menu allow you to publish the portal (go to Publishing a Panel Portal for more information), set the portal as default (go to Setting a Portal as Default for more information), export the portal etc.
