Adding BHN Rewards Redemptions

1: Connect your Forsta Plus account to BHN Rewards

Before you can set up BHN Rewards in Forsta Plus, you will need to connect your Rybbon account to your Forsta account.

If you do not already know the following, reach out to Forsta Support for your:

The survey must be set to ‘Live’ to be selected in the Rybbon campaign.

Create your survey. See Creating a New Survey.
Launch your survey to set it live. See Launching the Survey.
Temporarily close the survey to respondents by setting the survey to Maintenance mode. See Survey Access and Making Changes to the Survey to learn how to change the status to Maintenance mode.

Create your Campaign in Rybbon. See BHN Reward's Forsta Integration Overview & FAQs to learn more (requires a BHN Rewards account to access).

Note: Be sure to copy the End of Survey script for the next section.

Add the End of Survey script to your survey.

In BHN Rewards, you can find the End of Survey script on the page that appears after you complete your campaign setup or in the campaign setup tab. Copy the script.
In Forsta Plus, open the corresponding survey. Click After on the last item in your survey. Select Nodes > Script.
Paste the End of Survey script from Rybbon into the body of the script element.

Set the survey to be a restricted survey to prevent survey abuse. See Launch Details.

Note: If you choose to set the survey to open, use Rybbon’s approval capability to approve each respondent before rewards are sent to prevent survey abuse.
If needed, finish setting up the survey.
Re-launch the survey by setting it live. See Survey Access and Making Changes to the Survey to learn how to change the survey status.
